Try to stay calm and go to the hospital to get checked if needed. Our health and safety are more important than a material object.
If the car is not drivable, call Remorquage Centre-Ville to tow the car to our lot.
Take a bath and relax those muscles. The seatbelt usually hurts the chest which you may not feel immediately due to adrenaline.
Come see us for a consultation about your accident and we’ll open the claim together.
It takes 48 business hours from the opening of the claim for an evaluator to come see the car, and another 24hrs to produce an estimate.
If you feel comfortable driving, and your insurance company covers it, we will provide you with a rental car. Shuttle service will pick you up from here.
Once we receive the estimate, we bring in the car and dismantle the broken parts.
We order parts as per the estimate from your insurance company and begin the repairs.
The car will be repaired, prepped, painted, polished, rust proofed, inspected, washed, and inspected a second time.
We will confirm with your insurance company if there is a deductible applicable and if a payment has been issued.
If the payment has not yet been issued, do not fret. We will still deliver the car, and you will bring it to us when you receive it.
The rental will be returned to us (with the same level of gas you received it at), and the rental company will come pick it up. No need to go to their branch.
